Mr. James B. Hann Jr. age 77 of Fairfield, Al. passed away peacefully on August 01, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents James B. Hann Sr. and Miriam Hann. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with 35 years of service and was active in several organizations including the Birmingham Cruising Club, the Civil Air Patrol and R.A.T.S - Retired Air Techs. He was a graduate of West End High School and attended Auburn University. Survivors include his devoted wife of 54 years Mrs. Carolyn Phillips Hann, 2 sons: Barry Hann (Debra) and Chris Hann (Amy). Grandchildren include Andrew Hann, Alison Hann, Logan Tubb and Anna Tubb. A Graveside service will be held Friday August 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday August 3, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery
