Jane Lytle Hovies, 75 of Birmingham passed away peacefully on March 16th. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles J and Annette Hak Lytle and quickly became the family matriarch sharing her sound advice and love for her Catholic faith. She is survived by her children, Terri Hovies Ceravolo and Bill Hovies. Sisters, Ann Lytle King, Mary Lytle Wilson and Betty Lytle Hood. Grandchildren, Joseph Ceravolo (Sydney), Nicole Ceravolo Washer (Ryan), Blair Hovies and great grandchild, Rowan Washer. Jane also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and special friends she valued and loved unconditionally. A funeral mass will be held Friday, March 21st @ 10;00 am at Cathedral of St. Paul, 2120 3rd North Bham 35206. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior at 9am. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Cathedral of St. Paul or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
