She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Springville and a member of the Sunrays Group of the Springville First United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel on Friday, June 26. Visitation is from 11:00-12:00, with services beginning at 12:00. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville. Reverend Ed Massey will be officiating.
Survivors: daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Matthews (Tony) of Springville, AL and Ms. Sharon Cross (fiancé Ed) of Springville, AL; sons, Mr. John Cross (Cheryll) of Ashville, AL and Mr. Jimmy Cross (Trudy) of Springville, AL; six grandchildren, Clint Smith, Nick Leopard, Alecia Keller, Tyler Cross, Kelcie Cross and Brooke Cross; great granddaughter Rosalie Leopard.
