Jerry Glenn “Fuzzy” DeLoach, age 59, of Birmingham passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2017. Mr. Loach was born in Cullman, Alabama. He attended L. M. Smith Elementary School, Huffman High School and Jefferson State College. “Fuzzy” resided in Jasper, Georgia, Dora, Alabama, before Birmingham, Alabama. He enjoyed fishing at every chance he had.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Genna DeLoach. He is survived by his significant other Savannah Taylor; daughters Jessica Blankenship (Jeff) and Julie Everett (Kyle); and brother Gary DeLoach (Kathey). “Fuzzy” leaves behind numerous friends that will truly miss him.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Valley Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, 6979 County Road 437, Cullman, Alabama 35055. There will not be a visitation before the service.
