Jessie Rae Foster Snow, 88, of Birmingham Al passed away November 6, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents Alonzo and Mattie Foster, husband Olen Lee Snow, daughters Peggy Snow Stringfellow and Lisa Snow O’Daniel, and son Randy Snow. She is survived by sons Jerry Lee Snow, Olen Larry Snow (Rachel) and Randy Dale Snow, Jr.(Sara), sister, Jean Lowe. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friend from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Elmwood Chapel Saturday, November 9, 2013 with funeral services following. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery
