June 15, 2013. He was born on April 29, 1944 in Birmingham, AL to the
late Robert and Sophie Mae Files. He was a PFC in the Army from
1962-1964, during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his son Craig
(Paula) Files; daughter Holly (Fernando) Doyle; granddaughters Brittany
Files and Kimberly Doyle; grandson Joshua Ford; great grandson Kaden
Ardis; sister Eva Kent; brothers James (Pat) Files and David (Lisa)
Files. He was preceded in death by his sister Edith Wiley.
