I think I first met Mr. White when he became my Sunday School teacher in about 1956. I remember he said he worked for the Post Office and had to work every third Sunday. The Whites also lead our Training Union class but I don't remember exactly when. The Whites had a social at their home around Valentines Day one year and we played a game making a sentence of the letters of "Valentine." Mr. White took us boys on a trip to a cave once. In high school I ran around with their son John Pat, Jr. I was so sad when they lost John Pat, Jr. Mr. White lived a long and fruitful life. The Whites were such loving people. I will never forget them.
