Judy is preceded in death by her father, Donald Barnhart Sr.; her mother, Beatrice Barnhart; and her sister Rebecca DeCanio; all from Weirton, West Virginia.
Judy is survived by her husband Ricky Smith (Clanton, AL); her brother, Donald Barnhart Jr. (Phoenix City, AL); her son, Justin Dulaney (Weirton, WV); and her daughter, Ashley Crago (Savannah, GA).
Judy was loved so much and will be greatly missed.
