Larry is survived by his wife Christine; a stepson, Brian Harris; his brother, Robert (Margie); and multiple cousins, nieces, and nephews. Larry, a Milan, Tennessee native, was a graduate of the University of Tennessee. After 33 years as a civilian Federal employee with the Department of the army, he retired in 2005. Larry had a curious nature and a thirst of knowledge. He was an avid reader. Among his many other interests were carpentry, cars, traveling, and music. Larry's true legacy is the lake house he built in Talladega county where he and Christine retired.
A celebration of Larry's life with his family and friends will be planned at a later date.
