Alicia, Crystal and a treasure trove of beautiful great and great-great grandchildren all of whom she loved dearly.
Lillian was born in Waynsboro, Tennessee on October 20, 1931 but grew up in Florence, Alabama where most of her surviving family reside to this day. She lived her entire life in different parts of Alabama, Bluff Park, Irondale, Cropwell, Eufaula, Forest Park, Ashville and most recently at Skyline Village in Homewood. There is no one that ever knew Lillian that did not love her. Her radiant energy and personality touched your soul. Her big, beautiful, baby blue eyes conveyed the kindness in her heart and there was never a doubt in the sincerity in the words she ever spoke. She was selfless and never wanted to trouble anyone. To know her and love her was a privilege for all of us. Do not shed a tear in sadness for Lillian. She lived a full, wonderful life and created a beautiful family on this Earth. Now, she is having a Ball with our Savior, Jesus Christ, our Lord God Almighty, as well as all her family and friends that adore her eternally. Knowing people like her gives us all comfort in knowing that Love, above all, is what God created us to know. Her living message is to forgive, love and be kind to everyone and everything. Bless you Lillian and thank you for touching us all.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Elmwood Chapel, from 12pm until 2 pm. The Celebration of Lillian's life will follow at 2pm. There will be no graveside service.
