On Wednesday June 1st her Lord and Savior called His daughter Linda Gravette Hampton home. Her life on earth gave way to her eternal home with Him. She was surrounded by all her family as her frail body gave way to her to her new and whole one with Him.
She was survived by her loving husband of 61 years; Jerry Frank Hampton. Also survived by her daughter Sharon Nocella ( Tommy ) and son Jerry Hampton (Sherrie). Grandchildren Lyndon Thorn, Ryan Hampton, Elizabeth Duncan (John), Laura Hampton, and John Michael Adkins (Jessica), Great grandchildren Nora Kate and Noah Elias Duncan and sister Ailene Wood (Bobby).
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents; E. C. (Buster) Gravette and Bernice Gravette. 3 brothers Marvin Gravette, Kenneth Gravette, and Dewitt Gravette. 1 sister Winette Gravette Haynes.
A private family graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will accept friends at the home of Jerry and Sherrie Hampton on June 4,2022 at 2:30PM.
