Margaret Pitts, 89, died the morning of September 9, 2014, at her home in Centerpoint , Alabama. She was born November 27, 1924 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Margaret retired from Rite Aid Drugs in Roebuck. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Pitts. Surviving family members include Jane Reynolds, David and Brandy Reynolds, Lois Dunaway, 3 nephews, 2 great grandchildren, numerous great nieces and nephews, and 3 special friends, Carolyn Jackson, Carolyn Wilkinson, and Greg Patterson. Final arrangements are pending at this time, with services handled by Ridouts Funeral Home, Trussville.
