She was born on October 13, 1954 in East Lake in Birmingham.She attended Banks High School and was employed with Bell South, for 6 years while attending UAB for her teaching degree. She worked at Trussville High School where she taught English and Sports. After retiring she moved to Dadeville, AL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George L and Mary Christine Eddins; and she is survived by her sister, Sandra K. Eddins.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM and burial will follow the service at Forest Hill Cemetery.
