HAYNIE, MARILYN A., age 73 of Trussville, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Louise Adkins; and sister, Charlotte Sellers. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Dale Haynie; daughters, Jackie Duke and Jennifer Capps; sister, Lyndall Ulch (Dean); brother, Ronnie Adkins (Jan); grandchildren, Brianna Duke, Philip Duke and Kirsten Capps; and several nieces and nephews. Marilyn graduated from Birmingham-Southern College and was employed by Alabama Power for many years. Her family will celebrate her life on Friday, October 9, 2020 with visitation from 12-1 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with her service beginning at 1:00. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
