Tolbert, Marjorie Joan (Cale) age 86 of Hoover went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 13, 2013. She was a long time member of Riverchase United Methodist Church and the Seeker Sunday school class. She was a former member of Huffman United Methodist Church for 45 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a kind friend to all those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, of 55 years; her parents, John Charles Cale and Daisy McCraith Cale; brother, John “Jack” Cale; her sister, Margaret C. Glenn. Left to cherish her memories: her daughter; Leigh Ann Agent (Mike); sons, Thomas J. Tolbert, Jr. and Mark Tolbert (Keiko); grandchildren, Jeff Hunsinger and Mick Tolbert. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 pm at Elmwood Cemetery with John Ray of Riverchase United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverchase United Methodist Church.
