CORBIN, MARK RANDALL, age 51, of Birmingham, passed away in an automobile accident Saturday, March 5, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Harley Cecil Corbin; brother, Wayne Freeman; and niece, Marla Pierce. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn “Katy” Wall Corbin; mother, Varina Rogers Corbin; sister, Brenda Mann; brothers, Alan Corbin and Stephen Corbin; niece, Lana Vedell; nephew, Gary Pierce; mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. R. Stephen Wall; brother-in-law, Arthur Wall; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Mark graduated from Huffman High School and received a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. He was a member of Mountain Brook Community Church, 12 year member of Birmingham Monday Night Men’s Community Bible Study, and employed by Vision Research Co. His family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Mountain Brook Community Church from 12-2 PM with the service beginning at 2 PM with Rev. Tim Kallam officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
