Martha Louise Brown passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at the age of 94. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. She retired from Sears and Roebuck with more than 25 years of service and was a member of Roebuck Plaza Baptist Church. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, John “Whitey” Brown, Jr; and her brother, David Edward Floyd. She is survived by her sons, Michael Brown, Randy Brown (Linda), and David Brown (Katie); sister, Ruth Floyd Mincey; and sister-in-law, Ruth Brown; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
Because of the Covid-19 outbreak there will be a private family burial followed by a Celebration of Life Memorial at a later date. The family request that donations please be made to the Spina Bifida Association.
