She is survived by two daughters Sandra and Marilyn Eddins; sister Dorothy; and many nieces and nephews.
Christine was born and raised in Indiana, but moved to Alabama after marrying George. Her work included McCain Manufacturing, New Williams, and Aland’s. Christine loved her church family and was a member at Huffman Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel Saturday June 13, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. The burial will be private among family members.
The family will be forever grateful to the nurses and staff at The Village at Cook Springs Nursing Home. A special thanks also goes to the Oasis Hospice staff.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to your favorite humane society.
