MORRISON, MARY JO NEER, age 89, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Helen Rose and her husband, William Thales. She is survived by her three sons, George Lynn Morrison (Trish) of Hoover, AL, William Kirby Morrison (Ginger) of Virginia Beach, VA and Jack Neer Morrison (Lori) of Bellevue, WA; nine grandchildren, Brandon, Casey, Katie, Jo, Matt (Nikki), Andy (Emilie), Brittany (Jacob), Sam and Alana; four great grandchildren, Caleb, Eathan, Riley and Peyton. She was a resident of Center Point, AL and lived with her son and family in Virginia Beach, VA the last 4 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Center Point and a member of the Good Samaritan Sunday School Class. Services will be held at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel on Friday, February 17, 2012 with visitation from 10-11 and the service beginning at 11. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Center Point, AL.
