Mary Frankie Webb

A proud graduate of Phillips High School, Mary devoted her life to her family as a loving and dedicated homemaker. Her creativity shone through in her passion for crafts and baking, and she found great joy in the companionship of her beloved Boston Terriers. Mary embraced each day with a radiant smile and a joyful spirit, often saying, “Every day is a pretty day.” Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Holt, and her brothers, Bobby, Billy, and Otto “Buddy” Holt.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 76 years, William Lathan Webb; their son, William Donald Webb (Darlene); grandchildren, Luke Webb (Casey), Erin Martin (Jeff), and Jennifer Hermstein (Scott); great-grandchildren, Carter Webb and Corinne “CoCo” Webb; and nephews, David Holt, Louie Holt, Barry Holt, and Brian Holt.

Mary will be laid to rest at Ridout’s Elmwood Cemetery (600 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Birmingham, AL 35211) on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11:00 am.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Enhabit Hospice, especially nurse Megan Green, and to her compassionate caregivers, Linda Mitchell and Tammy Culpepper, for their exceptional care and support.
