

Michael Allen Denny was born on September 9,1951 to Howard and Lois Ray Denny. He is the elder brother to Keith Denny (Karen). He was born in Wilmington, North Carolina. Some years later, his family moved back to Alabama and settled in the Roebuck/Huffman area. He graduated from Banks High School. After graduating, he began his career in law enforcement with Birmingham Police force. He ended his career with the force ranked as sergeant. He later became a US Federal Marshal in the Mobile office where he retired after 22 years of service.
Mike’s family and survivors are the following: his wife Terrie and her son Brent Bonham. His daughters Shane Johnson (Keith) and Jessica Graves (Kevin). His grandchildren Derek Johnson (Jen) and Danielle Sebesta(Jared) and great grandchildren Ethan, Riley, Evelyn Rose, and Asher. During this time of grief, family members have shared many fond memories of Mike and will miss him greatly.
Mike did not hunt or fish but he loved to hunt for treasures for his loved ones just to see their faces light up with joy. He loved watching Nascar and passed that love onto his eldest daughter consequently her family loves it as well. They knew not to call one another on Sunday afternoon during the racing season. He also enjoyed attending church at Jubilee Baptist Church in Daphne where he and Terrie were members.
