ORA MAE WATERS, age 86 of Birmingham, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, December 3, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Waters, Jr.; daughters, Teresa Miller, Jeanette Latanowich and Darlene Augard; and grandsons, J.J. Smith and Randy Collins. She is survived by her children, Terry Miller, Diane Smith (Jimmy), Gary Waters, Doris Knight (Bo) and Lisa McNew; brother, Dan Neal; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Ora Mae was a loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed. Her family will celebrate her life with visitation on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Her service will be at the chapel on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 beginning at 2:00. Burial will follow at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
