age 62, of Birmingham, passed away on May 9, 2016. She is preceded in death by her father, Phillip A. Bellina; and her brother, Frank Johnston Bellina. She is survived by her mother, Margene Bellina; her brother, Philip Bellina (Toni); 2 nieces and nephew, Elizabeth Bellina, Lauren Moore (Patrick), and Michael Bellina; and a great nephew Jon Pat Moore. She was a loving daughter and sister. Her Family will received friends on Thursday May 12, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church from 1-2pm with Funeral Mass following at 2pm. Father Andrew Kennedy officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
