Patricia A. Grantham, 77, passed away January 20, 2016. Pat was born September 11, 1938 in Birmingham, AL. She is preceded in death by her parents, O.C. and Catherine Cook; her husband, W.J. “Bill” Grantham; her son-in-law, James Messina; and sisters, Ruth Vaughn and Dot Cook. She is survived by her children, Bill Grantham (Susan) of Ramer, AL and Mary Kay Messina of Birmingham, AL; her grand- children, Lisa Messina, Amber Fouts (Lucas), Eric Fouts, and Katie Mason (Jack); and her sister, Lucille Cater. Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with graveside services and burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
