WATKINS, PAUL F. JR. “NOX”, age 90 of Birmingham, passed into eternal rest on Monday, September 19, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul F. Sr. and Blanche Williams Watkins. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Watkins; 5 children, Harry P. Watkins (Janet), Ann Griffin (Eugene), Michael Watkins (Jeanice), Sue Payne (Stephen) and Patti Ballentine (Robert); 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was a member of Cahaba Springs Presbyterian Church. His family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 11-12 with a graveside service at Elmwood Cemetery beginning at 2 PM.
