R Wayne Creasman

R. WAYNE CREASMAN, age 78 of Birmingham, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Creasman; father and step-mother, Ralph and Doris Creasman; daughter, Julie Creasman; and brothers, George Creasman, Larry Creasman and John Isenhower. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Martha Boyd Creasman; sons, Mac Creasman and Martin Creasman; brother, Gary Isenhower (Aleda); sisters, Joan Kennedy (Buck), Sandra Coats (Bob) and Sherry Whisenhunt; grandchildren, Blake Creasman, Kaleb Varner and Dane Creasman; and 3 great-grandchildren. Wayne enjoyed golf and dearly loved his dogs. He was very handy and taught himself home renovation. Wayne began his insurance career with Liberty National and then owned American Insurance Agency. He also became a realtor with Realty South. His family will celebrate his life with visitation on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 10-11 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with a memorial service beginning at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Humane Society, or ASPCA. Special thanks to the team at Oasis Hospice, especially Briton, Christina, Michelle, and Festus. Thanks also to Victoria for her compassion and advice through the years.
