Rebecca Louise Cunningham is now celebrating her walk with the Lord. She was born October 13, 1923 and passed away on October 30, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ethel Garner and her husband, Clarence Cunningham. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
Louise graduated from Ensley high school and worked for 40 years with Alabama Power. She was devoted to her Sunday School class and church, Vestavia Hills Baptist Church. She lived her life for the Lord, and was loyal to her friends. Louise was a talented seamstress, who loved knitting for her friends and family.
A Celebration of Life will be officiated by Dr. Gary Furr on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11 AM at Vestavia Hills Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation in Louise’s name to Vestavia Hills Baptist Church, 2600 Vestavia Dr., Birmingham, AL 35216.
