KELLUM, REGINALD “REGGIE” D., age 66 of Birmingham, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eulene and Floyd Kellum; son, Ralph Woodfin, Jr.; and fur baby, Kato Kellum. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Cynthia Woodfin-Kellum; children, Dr. Cindy W. Shackelford (Johmari), Randall Woodfin, Candice W. Lewis (Christopher) and Maliqua Long (Bryan); fur baby, Bruce Lee Kellum; grandchildren, Karima Moor, Cimara Shackelford, Mikaili Shackelford, Janai Shackelford and a host of other grandchildren; uncles, Bob Timmons (Dot), Joel Timmons (Jane) and Johnny Timmons (Joanne); and a host of first cousins and other extended family and friends. Reggie was educated in the Birmingham School System and graduated from Snead State Community College. He served in the U.S. Army as a Personnel Administration Specialist and a Technical Drafting Specialist. His love of animals led him to being a Veterinarian Technician. Reggie loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and riding his Harley, but most importantly his wife. His family and friends will celebrate his life with visitation on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 10-11 AM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with his service beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Alabama National Cemetery beginning at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society.
