Rob Seymour, Jr., age 51 of Springville, Alabama passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, November 3, 2014. Rob served in the United States Navy from 1983 to 1987. He was a master chef in the kitchen or on the grill. A tender man with a unique gift for making you feel special. Rob loved family gatherings, gardening, old movies and his spider and snakes. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Seymour, Sr. Survivors include his mother, B. J. Seymour; sister, Nello Seymour-Clark (Mark); children: Trey Seymour (Lea’) and Jade Seymour; grandchildren: Ryder, Gracie and Zander. His service will be held at 11:00 a.m. November 6, 2014 at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Dr. Art Luckie is officiating the service. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home Thursday.
