Jackie was born on September 1, 1945, in Birmingham, Alabama, to Roy E. Williams and Mary Ellen McKenzie Williams. He attended Woodlawn High School and Gulf Coast Military Academy.
He is survived by his siblings, Mary Jack Miller, Thomas L. Williams, and Donna Young, as well as his son of heart, Robby Marcum.
Jackie was an avid auto racing fan who loved building and driving cars. He spent many years racing around Baton Rouge and even at Daytona Speedway.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Elmwood Cemetery & Mausoleum.
