Ruth Wofford Popkes, age 97 passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Popkes Griffin; sister, Jackie Gann (Bill); brother, David Wofford (Sandee); and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a private family burial and the family will schedule a celebration of life at a later time.
