Sam P. Alfano, 89, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 5, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Mary Alfano and daughter Marilee Alfano. He is survived by his son, Chris Alfano (Di Di); granddaughter, Whitney Richardson (Jon) and grandson, Jake Alfano (Sonni); great granddaughter, Rowan Richardson. He worked for Connor's Steel for 29 years until he retired. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home with funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery. The family request memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
