She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Beatrice Wood; her sister, Joan Benz; and her daughter, Regina Lynn Mayhan.
She is survived by her husband Kerry Cooper; her sons, William Bruce Helton (Vicky) and Ernst John Schoellhammer (Susan); her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Jones (Blake), Meghan Willing (Michael), and Ricky King; great grandchildren, Ryker Lynn Jones, Asher Lynn Jones, Hudson, and Beau Willing, Abbie King; her sister, Helen Shirley; her nieces, Rita Wilson (Barry), Kimberly Hayashi (David); her nephew, Allen Sipes; her great nephew, Reid Wilson; her sister, Charlotte Sipes.
