Sarah Eugene Davey age 78, born March 29,1946, departed this world for her heavenly home about 2:00 a.m. Sunday, August 11, 2024, survived by son, Tony and Christy Morris; daughter, Sarah Edge and Charlie Knight; sisters, Virginia Jones, Nadine and Hoyt Vaughn, Brenda and Roger Downs; grandson, Jonathan Champion; granddaughters, Stephanie Gaston, Rachael and Chris Lipscomb, Michelle Lynn Morris; great granddaughters Penelope Gaston, Haylei and Keira Lipscomb; nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Sarah, known to most of us as Jean, was a beautiful woman with a warm and loving soul. She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved her.
There will be a visitation at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 9553 Hwy 411 Odenville, AL 35120, from 1:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m, on Thursday, August 15th . A service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
