Saundra Ray Scott Hulsey (81) of Birmingham, AL passed away June 2, 2020. She formerly lived in Melbourne Beach, FL and Wetumpka, AL. Saundra was a graduate of Fairfield High School (1957) and attended Auburn University. She spent her career in banking working for First Alabama Bank and Barnett Bank in Florida, where she retired in 1989.
Saundra was an avid NASCAR fan, loved Braves baseball and her Auburn Tigers. She enjoyed attending the theatre and concerts especially while living in Melbourne. After retirement, she was happiest living on her land in Wetumpka with her husband, Ken, and too many cats and dogs to name.
Saundra is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Adam) Gordon; two grandchildren, Leah Rose Gordon and Ben Gordon, and special nephew Ari Gordon. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth D. Hulsey; father, Raymond C. Scott; and mother, Ella Saunders Scott.
A private graveside service and burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
