Sue Garrison

Dorothy Sue Johnson Garrison, born August 4, 1924 in Carbon Hill, AL, passed away January 28, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband Loys Gene Garrison, her parents David and Dulcie Johnson, brothers Joe and Bervin Johnson, and sisters Dessie Johnson and Sarah Nell Nanney. She is survived by daughter, Jenny Sue Arnett (Johnny), sons Jerry William Garrison and Phillip Eugene Garrison (Denise), grandchildren Royce Garrison, Jonathan Garrison (Cathy), Jason Arnett (Kayla), and Lauren Garrison, nephews David Johnson and Bill Johnson, and nieces Rose Austin and Nell Parmley.

Dorothy Sue was retired from Rucker Lumber Co. and was a member of First Baptist Church of Center Point, Center Point, AL where she taught Sunday school and was active in the Senior Adult ministry and the Prayer Ministry of the church. She was also a member of the Birmingham Genealogy Society.
