Sylvia L. Chandler Howard, age 87, of Irondale, Alabama passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023. Sylvia is preceded in death by her first husband; John R. Chandler Sr (Jack), and her second husband; Richard O. Howard. Sylvia is survived by her daughter; Debra C. Edwards (Lee), her son; John R. Chandler Jr. (Nora), her granddaughter; Hope Chandler, and Sylvia's brother; Billy Laseter. A funeral service for Sylvia will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2023 beginning at 11:00 AM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel, 1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235 with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
