Toby D Hosey

.HOSEY, TOBY D Hosey, Toby D age 44 of Birmingham passed away peacefully at home, Sunday, May 8, 2011. He was a 1984 graduate of Hewitt - Trussville High School. After being employed with Bell South and Eissmann Automotive, Toby followed his entrepreneurial spirit in many ventures, the most recent being co-owner/ operator of Crosston Grocery in Pinson, Al. Toby was a devoted loving son. He had a passion for helping people in distress and rescuing animals. To all who knew him, he was the best friend you could ever have. Toby was preceded in death by his father Rayburn L. Hosey. He is survived by his mother, Patsy (Short) Hosey and a host of family and friends. He requested no flowers, rather memorial gifts be made to Make - A - Wish Foundation, St. Jude's Children Hospital or the St. Clair County Humane Society. A celebration of his life will be held, Tuesday, May 10th at Ridout's Trussville Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. James Blair officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service time. Entombment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Mausoleum
