Connie and Family,

So sorry to hear of Diz's passing. We had some great times over the years, and he was a real friend to our entire family. He'll now be watching the Tide roll from the best seat in the house.

I came to know Tommy, when I began working as an AST in Pell City and later in Birmingham. He and others from OMS #11 helped us in the maintenance and servicing of our equipment. He was always friendly and a great one to interact with. He was never without his cheerful smile and a good story. We also, were assigned to the 167th COSCOM together. I am truly saddened to learn of his passing and my deepest sympathies go out the Hopper family. May God bless, comfort and strengthen you, in this time of loss and grief.
