TwillaMae Trucks

TwillaMae “Mae” Trucks, age 94 of Birmingham joined her heavenly home on Thursday May 5, 2022. Mae is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Jackson “Andy” Trucks; and daughter, DeAnna Faye Trucks. Mae is survived by her sisters, Martha Jo Bush and Jennie Bush Hoffman; children, Kimberly Trucks Wilson and Joan McDonald (Bud); grandchildren, Andrew Gray, Mary Gray Lee, Traci Gray, Kayci Gray, Crystal Price, Carla Hays Manley, Tracie Hays Bryan, JP Hays, Noah McDonald and Carmen Douglas; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and many loved ones. Mae was born in Gadsden but spent most of her life in the Birmingham area. She retired from K-Mart with over 30 years’ service, but her passion was taking care of her family. The family will celebrate her life with a visitation on Tuesday May 10, 2022 from 10-11 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with her service beginning at 11. Burial will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
