THORN, VICKI HATCHETT, age 56 of Birmingham, passed away with her sister, Sandi Hatchett on Sunday, January 12, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Troy Hatchett. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, George Thorn; sons, Troy George Thorn and Jake Anthony Thorn; mother, Juanita G. Hatchett; brother, Mark Hatchett (Linda); and several nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 9-10 AM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Following, there will be a graveside service at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery on Pine Mountain beginning at 11 AM with Dr. Charles Baker officiating.
