Virginia D Cole

Virginia was born June 27, 1923 to Nettie Miller Daniel and Harris Crawford Daniel in Dickson County, Tennessee. She moved to Birmingham after World War II for her husband, Enoch W Cole to attend college. Virginia continued to live in Birmingham until 2000 when she moved to Auburn to be near the family of her daughter Gail.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Enoch W Cole, her parents Nettie and Harris Daniel, her brothers Lewis Daniel and Clyde Daniel and her sister Bessie D McPeak.

She is survived by her daughter Gail Cole Cobb (Henry) of Auburn, Alabama, grandsons Henry Clay Cobb,V (Jessica) of Gainesville, Florida and Steven Cole Cobb of Seattle, Washington, and great granddaughters Elizabeth Caraway Cobb and Evelyn Charlotte Cobb of Gainesville, Florida, brother Joe Daniel (Bonnie), Charlotte, Tennessee, sister, Mary D. Walters, Blountville, Tennessee, sister-in-law Frances Daniel, Charlotte, Tennessee and many nieces and nephews.

Virginia was a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church and Auburn United Methodist Church.
