William McKinley

William McKinley, age 69, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away peacefully in his home Thursday, July 10, 2025, surrounded by his wife Susan McKinley, daughter Melanie Moody McKinley, granddaughter Tiffani Martin, and his three dogs at his bedside. He was known for his love of his family, dogs, Harley Davidson motorcycles, being on the water, whether the lake or the ocean, and his goofy personality that made him one of a kind, especially with his snarky grin. He was dedicated to being a manufacturer with his workplace as well as carpentry.

He is survived by his spouse Susan McKinley, children; Melanie Moody McKinley, Shane McKinley, Angela Rainwater, siblings; Rosemary Pennington, Patti Doddridge, Peggi Newsom, Norma Dale Spaulding, Vic McKinley, grandchildren: 8, great grandchildren: 4. He is preceded in death by his son Brian Craig Moody, mother Margie McKinley, father Russell McKinley, grandmother Mary Bobbie Gatewood, mother-in-law Jean Baldus, father-in-law Donald Baldus, half brothers; Wayne Hollowell, Dean Hollowell, and Russell Mckinley Jr.
