Mr. W.C. Rice age : 88 of Birmingham , Al. went home to be with Lord on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at his home in Orange Beach, Al. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mrs. Margie Rice. He is survived by his devoted son Mr. Bart Rice (Vicki) and his Grandson Greg Rice. He is also survived by a close family friend and caregiver Mr. Scott Sullivan . Mr.Rice was the founder of Rice Oil Co. and the Allied Energy Corp. until his retirement in 1995 . He was a longtime member of Christ Church United Methodist Church . A celebration of life service will be held Saturday July 9,2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel with visitation for friends from 10:00 a.m. til 11:00 a.m. Saturday.
