Willie Jean Vann

Jean Vann of Birmingham Alabama passed away in her home November 2,2014. Jean was 93 and was preceded in death by her husband Braxton Bart Vann, her daughter Deborah Ann Vann, mother MaryAnn Martin Faulkner, father Rev. William Homer Faulkner and a brother John H. Faulkner. Survived by 3 children RoseAnn Vann Jones, Jerry Braxton Vann, Carol Vann Cathey Camino. 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren. Mrs. vann's viewing will be Tuesday night at John riotous Trussville. 6:00 to 8:00 PM The service will be held at 11:00 AM at McElwain Baptist Church 4445 Montebello Road Birmingham Alabama. 35213

We have the privilege to call one of Gods greatest Christian warriors, Mother, Manmommy and Friend. We honor her memory forever in our hearts. Jean exemplified the love of Christ the comfort, peace and a caring heart for everyone she met in life. Jean will truly be missed. her legacy will live on through all of us who loved her. If we take a moment to reflect and remember all the wonderful and loving times we shared together. Knowing our time will come when we meet again in the presence of our Heavenly Father.
