Dearest Marion, Carlene, Lori and family...
I am so remorseful I could not be there with you when Carl passed.
I know it's been painful for Carlene. I pray every day for God to help give her and your entire family the strength that is needed to cope with the loss of Carl.
He had never been anything but kind and generous to me. He opened his home to me and always made me feel welcome. I wish I had a chance to say to him now, “Carl, Thank You for the daughter you raised, she's my gift in life”.
Marion, I had always heard of the miraculous Love that Carl and You shared. I think the phrase I heard the most was "Romance/Romantic". Carlene often said that your Love grew so much stronger every passing day together. I saw that, the first time I met you and Carl. It really touched me deeply.
I can only imagine the pain that you and your family must be feeling. I think of you all daily. May Carl's memories stay strong within your hearts. May God Bless all of you.

One of my fondest memories of Carl was when his daughter Lori (my cousin)and I used to walk late around their addition and he would always say, "You girls going to grease the streets" We would laugh and take off walking;) He was a great man and I loved going to their home. I've spent many a nights at their home going up. He will be truely missed. God Bless you Carl Bayne, you finally got your promotion!! I love you;) Cheryl Trisler Honeycutt
