Survivors include her son, Tucker Cramer of Bloomington; her mother; two sisters, Kristi (Brian) Betty and Whitney Cain Callahan; a brother, Scott Frisbe; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father; and a sister, Terry Messmer.
Cindy had many interests, loved being outdoors and communing with nature, animals, spending time with her loved ones, collecting and making jewelry. She followed the beliefs of her father before her and held a passionate connection with Indigenous people throughout her life. Cindy was a deeply empathetic person with a sincere vulnerability. She had participated in numerous charitable foundations for Indigenous peoples, she was a mother to all.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
