David Lawrence Larr

David married the love of his life Nancy in June of 1968. They were blessed to be able to spend 57 years together.

David is survived by his wife Nancy Larr; daughters, Pamalee Larr and Angela Williams; sister, Dianna Willard; grandchildren, Tinley and Gage Williams; and fur grandbabies; Maddie, Angus, and Maude.

David, an Electrical Engineer by trade for Crane had many hobbies. He loved going out dancing with Nancy, model trains, reading, playing putt-putt, keeping stats for Bloomfield High School basketball, and traveling and going on cruises. As a Dad, he coached softball for both of his girls. He also loved road tripping with Nancy, Pamalee, and Angela to clog dancing competitions. As a grandfather, he enjoyed traveling with his grandkids and granddogs. Some of his favorite days were spent teaching Tinley and Gage how to play chess and board games and relaxing on Pamalee’s front porch enjoying nature with his granddogs.

It has been said, “To know David is to love him.”

Visitation will be held this Saturday November 15, 2025 at Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral home located at 4150 E. Third Street Bloomington, IN 47401 from 11 am-1 pm. Funeral service will be immediately following. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery located at 365 N Washington St. in Bloomfield, IN 47424 following the services.
