It was such a treat to get to know and work with Francis over the years.  She was a ground breaking person in many ways, especially at NSWC Crane.  She inspired many of us and through her trials and efforts, opened doors that many have since passed through.  I will miss her dearly.

Frances brought a smile to my face when we had the opportunity to talk. I worked with her at Crane and have many times thought of her. Although I'm not currently smiling due to her passing I know that she is at peace and the smile she now has on her face being with her Lord is the most special one of all. Prayers to the Family.

Such a nice woman. I enjoyed being around Frances, she always had a good word to try to make you feel better. I know her family has a huge empty spot in their lives. May she be at peace.

I worked with her in the middle nineties at NSWC Crane. Frances was a Godly woman who inspired all around her. She was admired, respected and liked by all.  She had that contagious smile that told everyone that she was born of the love from the Father as she demonstrated that very love in deeds of love and compassion. Frances, you are home! I will see you there one day. RIP and enjoy your continuous dancing on the Streets of Gold in Heaven. The Heavenly Father opened His arms with "Well done, my good and faithful servant" as He and Jesus Christ embraced you in welcoming you home. Lonnie Jones

Frances was such a beautiful person and she loved the Lord!  That was one thing that I remember about her, her faith in God.  RIP, you are home!

Francis was a wonderful person always pleasant and willing to help others.  I am so sorry for your loss.  Many here at Crane are thinking about her.

Frances was a class act.  She will be missed.

Grandma Adkins was so many things to so many people, but to me she is love. She just loved me and would always look out for me. She is a pillar and legacy of what a person should be in Christ. Her love, authenticy, integrity, and wisdom have helped make me the man I am today. She will always live in my heart. Love you Grandma.

Mother Adkins will be greatly missed!  It was through her invitation over 20 years ago to bring my children to VBS at Light House Church that I came into the knowledge of the Holy Spirit and continue to walk with God.  She was a mother, sister, friend, co-worker, confidante, prayer-warrior, praiser, gave great hugs and was a great cook-she smelled like cookies!  She was full of love and had God-fire shut up in her bones.  She loved God and loved people.  My prayers and condolences to her family.  Love, Elder Wanda Hosea

Frances - I remember our luncheons, meetings and hard days at work.  The Battery folks remember and miss you.

Frances I will forever remember being your little buddy at Dad's work! You had that picture I drew you forever ! You were such a vibrant and loving  personality ! You always made me feel special ! You will be missed !
