So sorry for the family and to hear about Helen's passing. I first met Miss Helen when we worked together at Sears. She was in the Catalog department, while I was in Shipping. As we performed our daily activities, we would often have time to share stories and laugh. I loved to hear her laugh. Miss Helen was the most caring person I ever met. She counciled my future husband and I, then joined us together during our wedding ceremony at Karst Farm Park. We would would visit with her often while we were shopping at Lowes. She will be sadly missed.

I was saddened to hear of Helen’s
passing. She was such a wonderful lady. I got to know her when my son Ryan worked at Lowe’s. I always stopped to chat with her. I later found out that she had worked with my mom at RCA.
May she Rest In Peace.

I am sure you had no idea the impact you had on me as a young manager at Lowe’s, however, I have continued to quote you throughout the years. Every time I would greet you with good morning and how are you today your response never changed. “I woke up on the right side of the dirt and God is good”. That has stuck with me. Thank you for being a shining light when I needed It most. God speed dear friend, you will always be in my heart!
